Online finance gurus and money influencers are always finding new fraudulent ways to come up with extra cash, and this week they've discovered good old-fashioned check fraud.

Cashing fake checks for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a few guys really thought they had found a free money hack with Chase Bank. It turns out, this is a scam as old as checks themselves, and banks are very wise to it.
